To Replicate:
1. Ensure the RoutingSerials system preference is set to Use.
2. Edit routing list.
3. Add recipients and add a note.
4. Save.
5. Click on save and preview routing slip.
A print preview opens for the routing list. The pop-up modal gives the option
to print or close the window. In the mean time, the page with the routing list
preview reloads and displays the subscription detail.
Reloading the page assumes the user has succeeded in editing the routing list
and no longer needs to preview the list. If the user decides the routing slip
needs further edits, they have to close the window and click on edit routing
list again. Instead, the page should not reload to the subscription detail page
and should wait for the user to decide what to do next.
