I didn't install any additional languages. I just went with the default English since that will be my normal scenario most of the time. And doing so... I couldn't get this to work. I think I misunderstood the test plan... I didn't have anything in ROUTING_LIST in letters, so nothing was there to migrate... but when I try to fill out my custom stuff in RoutingListNote, nothing appears anywhere when I press "Print list". Which I guess makes sense because of "RemoveRoutingListNote". -- Now... additionally these patches appear to break existing routing lists. I had an existing routing list but now it says "Create routing list" instead of "Edit routing list". And worse.. if I click on "Create routing list", it actually brings up the existing routing list. If I click "Save" on my routing list, it takes me to "routing-preview.pl" but all the routing list information is missing.
