[WARN] Variable "$op" is not available at
/kohadevbox/koha/acqui/basket.pl line 704.
appears in plack-intranet-error.log
To reproduce:
1. Have a fresh KTD.
2. Observe plack-intranet-error.log
3. Go to Acquisitions, create vendor.
4. Create basket. After saving warnings appear in
plack-intranet-error.log
