Test plan: 0. Apply the patch 1. perl ./misc/link_bibs_to_authorities.pl -l --test 2. Note 436 bibs checked, 1314 headings linked, 1 unlinked, 677 headings not linked (Previously, the "not linked" headings would have been under the "unlinked" category.)
