I notice that for most of the man pages the author section is mostly empty. For
example, for `koha-[create|remove|dump]` show at the end of the man pages:

The only one that show something is `koha-shell` that show something like:

"""
And `koha-shell` is the only different in on
https://gitlab.com/koha-community/Koha/-/tree/main/debian/docs?ref_type=heads
(and the only one that the last change is more that 13 years).
