Screenshot of "Write off all" pop-up.
Currently, staff can add a note when selecting "Write off selected" or by
editing each item individually after the write-off. However, there is no option
to add a note when using "Write off all"
It would be helpful to have the ability to add a note at the time of using the
"Write off all" function, to ensure consistent documentation and save staff
time.
