In 24.11, prior to the changeover to API in Bug 33430, the search box at the
top of the Suggestions table in the staff interface was able to search all of
the data in the Suggestion column. This includes data points like author, isbn,
publisher, and publication year that are all very useful. Currently in main,
the search box only looks at title in this column.
