It would be a great help to be able to export all translation (screen_msg_regx)
from an account to a file.
We could then use this file to import the same translation to other accounts
within the same Koha and also share it between Koha instances (it would help to
set up new instances or to update translation for everyone).
It is currently quite difficult to manage translation when maintaining multiple
instances which all have multiple login.
