Under Administration, the link to the SIP2 administration module is labeled
"Self-service circulation (SIP2)". There are many services, other than
self-service circulation, that use SIP2 for authentication. PC Reservation
software, eContent, calendars, etc. can all use SIP2, so I think generalizing
the wording would be helpful for clarity.
Following the example set by the link to "EDI Accounts", I propose the simple
"SIP2 Accounts" be the new text for the link.
