Bug 33260 add a notice management interface to show all notices in the same
place from the interface.
It would be nice to be able to clear all filter in only one click.
To reproduce :
1- Activate system preference NoticesManagement
2- Generate some notices (for example welcome)
3- Go to Tools > Notices Management
4- Add some filter
See that no button "Clear all filter" exist
