If you don't have the diff column showing in action logs and go to turn it on,
you have to refresh the page to get the nice diff.
It would be nice if it could load the nice diff when the column is made visible
as well.
This is especially relevant if you've run a log search that's large so you
don't need to rerun it to get the helpful view.
