We also have multiple staff ordering from both individual vendors and individual funds. We have limits on the amounts we are permitted to spend with particular vendors, and these vary by vendor. We need to be able to track both the spending with an individual vendor and for an individual fund. This is not a matter of having a nice report. Not having this information tracked by vendor makes our work more difficult, because we don't have any warning when we are getting close to our limits.
