patch to fix 3 instances of faulty comparison
Due to obvious bugs comparing the wrong variable (the entire 008 field instead
of byte 23), "Format: print" does not appear in the "Material type" line for
books that are tagged as "regular print reproduction" (r) in byte 23.
This error occurs separately in the OPAC and staff interfaces.
