We could use the following when editing Overdue notice triggers:
* Copy from default - if you are editing a trigger for a specific library, and
that notice code exists for default, copy the settings for that first, second,
or third tab.
* Clear all - clear all delays, letters, and checkboxes
* Select all/Clear all above each column of checkboxes
