Screenshot showing most of the elements mentioned

When viewing a vendor, several interactive elements cannot be selected by
keyboard:

- New > Basket [Vendor menu]
- New > Contract [Vendor menu]
- Edit [Vendor menu]
- Delete / Receive shipments [Vendor menu]
- URI [Interface section]
- Show password [interface section]

In addition the URIs in the interface section don't behave like normal links.
For example I can’t open in a new tab via the right-click menu or
shift+clicking the link.

Behaviour is the same in Edge and Firefox.

To replicate:
- View a vendor with an interface configured (including URI and password)
- Use tab to navigate between interactive elements / arrow key in New+ menu
- observe multiple interactive elements are skipped entirely
- right-click a URI in the interface section and observe lack of link options
