Checkout 25.11.x 1. Enable MARCOverlayRules 2. Go to Admin -> Record overlay rules 3. Try to add, edit, delete a rule. You will get an error. Also notice the JS error in the console 4. Apply patch and try again 5. This time everything should work, try adding, editing, and deleting a rule.
