Some library could decide to send orders in both form (baskets or basket
groups), other only in a unique form (only in basketgroups, only in baskets).
If orders can only be sent in basketgroup form, it means Koha must consider
isolated basket as "prepared order" (not yet sent to the vendor).
A new column for these "prepared orders" could be made on Acq home page.
