Some libraries have hold pickup windows of significantly different length by
item type, especially as that is now configurable in circ rules. It would be
nice if the hold_reminder cron could have an itemtype flag to enable libraries
to set reminder thresholds that reflect these varying pickup windows, the way
we do for long_overdue.
