To recreate:
1. Do any search in catalog
2. Click select all - nothing is selected
3. Manually select some items using the checkboxes
4. Click clear all - nothing is cleared
Marked as major bug, as this renders Cart, Add to List, and Place Holds
functionality from the toolbar useless.
