To replicate
- Test on a system which has patron attributes
- Go to the Circulation wizard select row = patron category and column = a
patron attribute. It can be either a freetext attribute or one linked to an
authorised value list.
- Select count unique items
- Select to display the results on screen
- Results show patron categories correctly as rows but the columns headers are
a series of dates rather than your patron attribute values.
- Edit the report to switch the row and columns, row = patron attribute and
column = patron category
- Results show patron categories correctly as columns but the rows display
library branch codes
- Try a variety of different patron attributes, filters and display views -
consistently (based on my tests), if the patron attribute is chosen as the
column, dates are displayed, if chosen as the row, library branch codes
display.
