The ILL Vue app should also have one. Test plan: 0. as kohadev-koha: `yarn api:bungle && yarn js:build` as root: `koha-plack --reload kohadev` 1. Turn on the ILLModule syspref 2. Go to /cgi-bin/koha/ill/home => The app is available 3.
