The Koha Manual, alongside the rest of the Koha project, is placed under the
GNU General Public License version 3. The Manual has a page with the text of
the licence, at: https://koha-community.org/manual/latest/en/html/license.html
It would be useful to add a kind of "TLDR" section at the top - perhaps called
“What the license allows you to do” - to better explain what users can and
can't do. I'm imagining something as clear and concise as what the Creative
Commons licences have: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/
