Your follow-up fix appears to fix the test failure but it seems to be adding a new regression. Please verify: Before applying the fix patch: 1. Open a fresh incognito/private window (neutral localStorage). 2. Confirm LimitReportsByLibrary is off (default). If you don't already have a saved report, create one: Reports > New report > New SQL report, enter SELECT 1, save it. 3. Load http://localhost:8081/cgi-bin/koha/reports/guided_reports.pl?op=list. 4. Confirm "Actions" column (Run button) is visible by default. 5. Close the incognito window. After applying the fix patch: 6. Apply the patch. 7. Open another new incognito/private window. 8. Load the same saved reports URL. 9.
