Holds table with title column hidden
When I click either 'View patron's holds' link from the 'Hold found' modal, the
link goes to the patron's holds table as expected, but the Title column is
hidden. It's not hidden in table settings, and it shows normally when accessing
patron's holds table directly from their accounts.
