Test plan: 1. Go to Acquisitions > Search vendors > Search 2. Click "My Vendor". 3. Click "Baskets" in the sidebar. 4. In the actions column, click "Add to basket" for "My Basket". 5. In the pop-up window, click "From a subscription". 6. Note that in the advanced search sidebar, the first option for "Library" is ">All libraries". 7. Apply the patch. 8. Reload the page. 9. Note that the first option no longer has the ">".
