Koha will display the main contact method in the hold confirmation pop-up screen, but not in the printed version. I tested this in 25.05 and 26.05. To enable this information to be printed, Caroline added a tweak to the 25.05: Notification preferences: <br> [% IF borrower.has_messaging_preference({ message_name => 'Hold_filled', message_transport_type => 'email' }) %] Email [% ELSIF borrower.has_messaging_preference({ message_name => 'Hold_filled', }) %] [% ELSE %] The patron will not be notified.
