The sep_char from the CSV profile is passed through to Koha::CSV. Benefits: - formula => empty enforced (prevents formula injection) - binary => 1 always set (UTF-8 safe) - Removes Text::CSV::Encoded dependency and Encode::decode wrapping - Removes explicit \n handling (eol handled by Koha::CSV) Test plan: 1. Apply patches (depends on bug 41620) 2. Go to Reports > Lost items 3. Select items and export as CSV => SUCCESS: CSV generated with correct profile columns 4.
