When mapped to a MARC subfield, it will be added to the order line. Test plan, with field 500$a: - Create a MARC record in Koha with an internal note in 500$a - Export this MARC record as a file - Configure MarcFieldsToOrder as follows: order_internalnote: 500$a - Set AcqCreateItem to "cataloguing the record" - Add this file to a basket (See "Order from a new file" in https://koha-community.org/manual/latest/en/html/acquisitions.html) - Check that "Internal note" has the content of your 500$a - Save, and check that the internal note appears on the order line - Repeat those steps with a MARC record that doesn't have a 500$a, and check that the order internal note is set to the value defined in the "Default accounting details" tab.
