Mock Koha::SharedContent::search_entities (as t/db_dependent/Koha/SharedContent.t already does at a lower level) to cover: permission enforcement, a successful search including pagination headers and query passthrough, and a Mana failure being surfaced as a 503 rather than left to fail schema validation as a raw 500.
