Vendor record showing blank 'Vendor is' field under 'Ordering information'
When viewing a vendor record (not in editing mode; just viewing), the 'Vendor
is:' field in the 'Ordering information' section that records whether they are
Active or Inactive is blank. The Active/Inactive status shows in the full
vendor table and when a vendor record is open for editing, but not from
acquisition/vendors/[vendor ID] (see attached).
