This patch adds a short POD description for the private helper. No functional changes - documentation only. Test plan: 1. Apply this patch 2. Run the QA tool on the branch: $ ktd --shell k$ /kohadevbox/qa-test-tools/koha-qa.pl -c 3 -v 2 => SUCCESS: No pod_coverage failure for _get_record 3.
