To test, apply the patch and go to Administration -> Budgets. - If necessary, create two budgets: One active, one inactive. - In the "Actions" menu for your budgets, click "Add fund" and create a new fund. - From list of funds which is now displayed, click Actions -> Add sub fund and create a new sub fund. - Go to the list of all budgets and funds by clicking "Funds" in the sidebar. - By default your sub funds should be visible and your inactive budgets should be hidden. - At the top of the table you should see two links, "Collapse all sub funds" and "Show inactive budgets." - Clicking each should trigger the correct action, and should toggle the link so that the control is now labeled with the reverse action, e.g. "Collapse all sub funds" becomes "Expand all sub funds."
