This wouldn't normally be an issue, except where a library has restricted the number of suggestions patrons can make using these system preferences: - MaxOpenSuggestions - MaxTotalSuggestions + NumberOfSuggestionDays If a patron deletes a suggestion, they can then make more suggestions - even when they shouldn't be able to because of the above system preferences.
