It only worked when something else (C4::Search) had already loaded it, so deleting a framework from a script or test that only uses Koha::BiblioFrameworks died with: Can't locate object method "find" via package "Koha::BiblioFrameworkMarcMatchers" This broke t/db_dependent/Koha/BiblioFrameworks.t and t/db_dependent/Template/Plugin/Frameworks.t.
