If a patron marks a note as 'read' it can then be deleted from the staff
interface, however there's no built in way to do this automatically. The
current solution is to do a report and then go in to each account and delete
the message. Being able to either have a view of 'read circulation messages'
that could optionally be deleted in bulk, or having an option in cleanup
database to delete ones that have been marked as 'read' for x days would be
helpful.
