They check instead that erm_usage_yus holds the summed totals after an import, and that a second harvest of the same file leaves the yearly count unchanged. YearlyUsage.t covers rebuild: the sum per year and per metric type, a changed or removed month, rows with NULL key columns, other years and report types, the UsageObject getter, to_api, and the read-only store and delete.
