Test plan: 1. Go to Cataloging > Tools > Upload local cover image. 2. Drag and drop a valid ZIP file or browse and select a file. 3. Click "Process images". 4. Note that on the results page the heading is "Image upload results :" (there is a space before the colon). 5. Apply the patch. 6. Refresh the results page. 7. Note that there is now no space before the colon in the heading. 8.
