I was thinking more so OpacAuthorities and OPACAuthorIdentifiersAndInformation I think they're mostly used in the templates and aren't enforced at all by the .pl scripts. So it would be like "Should they be allowed to retrieve any authorities via these endpoints at all? If yes, are they allowed to retrieve this particular authority?" But yeah with the XSLTs...
