Tompsett <[email protected]> --- Since I recently heard that osslabs.biz is no longer in business, I am taking this bug. Though, I am probably going to take it a slightly different direction. The tools->news will have branch fields added. This would allow for every branch to create a news item for their library hours or other specific news, which will be then become visible once a user logs in.
