The Upload Patron Image tool does not work with batches as intended. Some
load. Some do not load. There is no indication of what makes one image load and
another not load.
The file, DATALINK.TXT, matches the user id to the image name correctly, but
only some of the images in the compressed folder load.
Error log attached.
