Add order to basket: From an existing record

In Acquisitions, under Add order to basket > From an existing record, one of
our staff members frequently adds records to the basket that are already in the
catalog. The default in ‘From an existing record’ is set to a key word
function. She reported she can type in the title of an item and may get 200
items that she has to scroll through to find the one she needs. She would like
to know if the default can be changed to key on the exact words instead of any
words?

I have attached an image she submitted to us.

Thanks,

Geanina King
