The title and URL refer to the report 'Patrons with no checkouts' (catalog_out.pl). This has seen some work lately and works nicely in my tests. But some of the screenshots are from 'Patrons with the most checkouts'. It's a bit hard to tell what's wrong there in the example given without seeing the SQL of the SQL report.
