DBIx::Class has the ability to load a scheme defined by a set of DBIC schema
classes into an empty database. We can use this to gain the ability to use a
single script to deploy to either MySQL or PostgreSQL and set the stage for
using DBIx::Class::Schema::Versioned to manage updates.
