We see the delete course button, click on this button, then when the message
appears: "Are y ou sure you want to delete this course?", click on the OK
button --- but nothing happens. The course is still there, it does not
disappear. It appears that the button does not work.
Tested in 3.12.7. I can delete a course in master though.
