all errors in one
I'm noticing this more and more in 3.12 - we're seeing error that just aren't
relevant, is there something wrong with the error message display check?
This item was not checked out - that's the only error that's relevant (and the
record local use because of the sys prefs settings). The item wasn't checked
out - hadn't ever been checked out and as such was not lost and did not need a
refund.
