It's an uncaught exception that you can get from these tabs for a bib record:
Items, MARC, Labeled MARC, and ISBD. At least in the case of the Items tab, it
can prevent subsequent actions in the interface from working, such as Edit ->
Delete all items
This happens in master and 3.14.0
