Step1-order
See the series of attached screenshots.
1 - make sure that your tax rate is set on the vendor as 'not included' in the
price.
2 - place an order for one item with the tax rate chosen
3 - close the basket
4 - receive the order
5 - note that on receipt the tax rate doesn't show, but it does show in the
receipt summary
6 - click finish receiving
7 - note that the invoice does not have the right price with the tax included
