Circulation.pl differentiates between recent checkouts and past checkouts,
placing the most recent at the top for ease of viewing and checking.
The self-checkout places instead places all checkout items together, not
sorting by date/time of checkout.
It would be good if these matched, as this feature of circulation.pl is useful
for checking that the item was correctly issued.
