This is the opposite behaviour of the "normal" checkout (see attachment 26833 and comment 26). I think the default has to be to keep the holds, but possibly with an *option* to delete them, like in the "normal" checkout. Marking as "failed QA". Jonathan: Can you try and explain why you think the holds should be deleted?
