I got badly encoded characters for barcodes 50 and 51 (see attachment). Moreover, I don't really understand why the usefulness of the font list in the koha-conf file. The font list already exist in a pl, why not just put the directory path (/usr/share/fonts/truetype/ttf-dejavu)?
